Caroline Oloo is a lecturer at the School of Business and Economics, Department of Business Administration, Maseno University. She teaches Entrepreneurship, Marketing, Strategic Management oriented courses. She has research interests in entrepreneurship among the youth and women in informal and rural settings.
The purpose is to equip learners with basic skills for analyzing, planning to design, and evaluating a project.

The program imparts the skills necessary to engage in successful new venture ideation, problem-solving innovation, and project development. Graduates will be empowered to act as effective leaders of change, either via new ventures of their own or through existing institutions for-profit, non-profit, or government . Graduates of this program will have careers as entrepreneurs, entrepreneurship academicians, consultants and trainers, business development consultants, and as entrepreneurial managers in corporate settings.
Masters of Science in Human Resource Programme, which is firmly grounded in business principles, is designed to enable students to understand the business world and enhance capacity in informed policy options for effective business management. In addition, enables learners to acquire critical and analytical thinking skills in making decisions for effective management of human resources. The programme also prepares learners to undertake further and specialized research in human resource issues.
